Don’t miss out on this fun and funky evening workshop where we will use easy-carve to create simple, abstract stamps inspired by Mid Century Modern designs. We will use our stamps to make fun patterns on zippered pouches. You’ll leave the workshop with your new stamps and printed pouch that is perfect for pencils, make-up, and more!

Workshop Cost:
$45 Total

Experience Level:
No previous experience is necessary for this event; we will provide step-by-step instructions. The minimum age requirement for workshop participants for this event is 18+.

Instructor:
Maggie Liesch Koss

Maggie Liesch Koss is an illustrator and printmaker based in southeastern Wisconsin. She has a background in graphic design and earned a Visual Arts & Communication degree at UW-Milwaukee. Maggie’s current work utilizes various printmaking techniques like letterpress, screen printing and block printing with wood and linoleum cuts. She enjoys combining printmaking processes with other experimental methods such as natural fabric dyeing and patchwork sewing.

Workshop - Hamilton Wood Type & Printing Museum

The cost is $45 per person, with the museum providing all the materials you will need. Space is limited, so registration and a $20 non-refundable deposit are required. The $25 balance is due at the beginning of the workshop. We accept cash, credit card or check. Please complete the registration form at the link below to reserve your place.
